This session will bring together perspectives from leaders across our industry and a keynote from an clinical expert in child development to explore practical tools for building resilience both at home and in our teams.

Our Keynote speaker, Marika Conomos, (CEO/Founder Uplift AI and Child Physcologist) will provoke thoughts about what resilience is and share practical strategies to help with building resilience in the workplace and extending this into our parenting lives.

Following on will be an open and honest conversation about resilience and what it means to Aimee Buchanan (CEO, WPP Media AUNZ), Pat Crowley (General Manager, Marketing, Commonwealth Bank) and Polly Blenkinship (Global Head of Brand Media, Audible), with the discussion moderated by Ashley McGrath (COO, UnLtd).
